Purpose of the role and main responsibilities:
- The candidate will support the physical organization of the legal archive in the Madrid Headquarters and send the inactive ones to the external archive.
- Understanding towards complex contract archive and its processes to be able to review documents and confirm their status in the Legal database.
- Review which documents should be stored for a long period and send them to an external archive.
- Ensure which documents are only in a physical format and include them in the database.
- Organise documents that should be stored within the department.
Requisitos
Estudios mínimos: Grado - Grado en Información y Documentación
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año
Imprescindible residente en: Provincia Puesto Vacante

Requisitos mínimos:
- Relevant work experience: Archive department
- Education: Degree in Information Management
- Skills and knowledge: Computing: High experience on databases. Specific knowledge: Fluent in English. Archive. Information Management
